Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare research and project coordination preferred.
• Experience with community-based research or programme evaluation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support electronic and manual data collection, including programming surveys.
• Conduct fieldwork, administering surveys and conducting interviews.
• Ensure data quality through monitoring and preparing datasets for analysis.
• Assist with preparation and submission of Institutional Review Board applications.
• Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data analyses.

Skills

Proficiency in English

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good team player

Ability to communicate in Mandarin

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field

Tools

Statistical software (e.g., Stata, R)
