Job summary

PUB is seeking a Strategic Partnerships professional to oversee planning, development and execution of public engagement programmes for Flood Resilience topics in Singapore. You will lead engagement sessions with nature groups and coordinate marketing campaigns to involve diverse communities in PUB's policies and projects.

The role involves working with partners and vendors to deliver forums, events, and facilitation guides, while continuously refining engagement strategies to broaden public

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in public policy, communications, public engagement, marketing, research, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to learning new skills on the job (facilitation, design, data analytics).

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder engagement plans to educate, increase awareness and gain buy-in for PUB’s flood resilience initiatives.
• Plan, execute and manage nature groups engagements for milestones such as Environmental Baseline Studies and EIAs.
• Promote PUB’s narratives and policies via appropriate platforms and cultivate third-party advocates.
• Work with partners/vendors to execute engagement activities, including forums and events.
• Create toolkits including facilitation guides based on stakeholder profiles and needs.
• Leverage strategic engagement with key stakeholder groups to expand PUB’s public communications education efforts.
• Review and improve stakeholder engagement strategies and explore new ideas to enhance engagement experience.
