Job summary

PUB Public Utilities Board seeks an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer (Process & Water Quality) for the Changi Water Reclamation Plant in Singapore. You will help manage process quality and monitoring operations, lead laboratory staff, and coordinate with operations for optimisation and compliance.

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical /Environmental).
• Water treatment and quality control experience preferred.

• Manage team of laboratory officers and ensure quality controls are in place.
• Analyze process data trends, conduct on-site quality checks and collaborate with operations on process optimisation, treatment performance validation and process abnormality investigations.
• Verify online meters regularly and coordinate with ICA team on discrepancies.
• Prepare plant performance reports, audit reports and regulatory submissions.
• Establish and implement sampling plans for ad-hoc programmes and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate immediate sampling and analysis during operations incidents.
• Manage R&D, CAPEX and OPEX projects related to process monitoring.
• Perform procurement related functions.

As an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer (Process & Water Quality) in the Changi Water Reclamation Plant (CWRP), you will be part of the team responsible for the management of process and water quality in CWRP.
