Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist with extensive expertise in individual and couple therapy to join our established clinical team.
The role involves supporting clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, including expatriates from Northern and Western Europe, and contributing to the clinic’s continued growth and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological consultations, intake assessments, and evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalised treatment and intervention plans.
  • Deliver therapy for adults and couples using evidence-based modalities.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, counsellors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive case notes and progress reports.
  • Design and facilitate psycho-educational talks, workshops, and group sessions.
  • Provide clinical supervision and contribute to team development.
  • Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and professional learning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant clinical experience in private, public, or academic settings.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical, Health, or Rehabilitation Psychology from a recognised university.
  • Registered with a recognised professional body in the country of training.
  • Strong background in treating anxiety, trauma, mood, and personality disorders.
  • Skilled in ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and somatic/nervous-system regulation approaches.
  • Proven experience integrating couples-therapy models such as Gottman Method, Schema Therapy for Couples, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
  • Experienced in training and psychoeducation for caregivers or professionals.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to multicultural and expatriate populations.
  • Available to work evenings and/or weekends where needed.
Desired Attributes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with neurodivergent clients or clients with brain injuries is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Benelux or Western European cultural contexts is highly valued.
  • Open, compassionate, and LGBTQIA+-affirming.
