Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and observations to understand clients’ needs and functioning.
- Develop individualized formulations and intervention plans based on evidence‑based approaches.
- Deliver therapy and psychological interventions to support clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioural well‑being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate client care.
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers to enhance coping and self‑management.
- Participate in case discussions, reviews, and care planning meetings as required.
- Offer consultation and support to internal staff and external partners on psychological and behavioural matters.
- Engage in clinical supervision, professional development, and reflective practice to maintain competence.
- Contribute to quality improvement, research, and evaluation initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and organisational standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Education Psychology from a recognised university.
- Registered or eligible for registration, licence or practising certificate with an established or recognised psychological professional body such as SRP, APA, APS or BPS.
- Relevant clinical and supervision experience.
