Your role as Psychologist/Associate Psychologist:
  • Coordinate and conduct psychological assessment for students
  • Plan and implement evidence-based programmes or interventions to support the psychological and behavior needs of students
  • Collaborate with other professional staff to develop and implement evidence-based strategies and interventions, as well as conduct home programmes and visits when necessary
  • Provide consultation, advise and training in the management of student’ learning, emotional and behavior issues, with families, professional staff, and other stakeholders, to improve student outcome as well as enhance student's development.
  • Manage admission and screenings for potential students
Requirements:
  • A Masters’ degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology (for Psychologist position). A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (for Associate Psychologist position).
  • Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (for Psychologist position).
  • Prior working experience in special education setting is an added advantage.
  • Has strong practical knowledge and clinical skills in supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Preferably with 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
