Qualifications

• PhD required in Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biophysics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in recombinant protein expression, purification, and biochemical characterization.
• Experience in computational protein design, protein engineering, molecular cloning, plasmid construction, and microbial expression systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer proteins using computational and experimental approaches.
• Perform molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression, purification, and biochemical characterization.
• Conduct protein engineering, mutagenesis, and functional screening.
• Characterize protein structure and molecular interactions using biochemical and biophysical techniques.
