Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for client interaction.

Qualifications

Overview

Experience in Tender Processes and online submission, etc., Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals with costing and estimation. Pre-Qualification procedures and thorough knowledge in tender scope & terms and conditions. Experience in Mechanical, Piping & associated works. PID, Isometric, GA, 3D drawings interpretation, Preparing Bill of Materials and sourcing suppliers / vendors. Communication & Negotiating skill and liaison with Clients and Subcons. Knowledge in Authority regulations & requirements. Understanding of workflow and sequence for preparing the Technical & Commercial Proposals and experience in documentation standards. Experience and knowledge in Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance shall be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Preferably Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience or Diploma with 10 years in Engineering & Construction industry.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in cost estimation and preparing technical & commercial proposal documents.
• Software skills: MS-Office / MS-Projects / CAD
