Property Officer

5 days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000 (Junior)

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate maintenance works in HDB Building and Common Area.
• Monitor contractors to ensure repair and maintenance work as per contract terms.
• Schedule and monitor breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform regular inspections of common areas.
• Check the completion of contractor jobs and approve payment.
• Coordinate maintenance work with professional consultants.
• Investigate and report any breakdowns to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
