Overview

Join the growing team at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Property Officer/Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring seamless operations for both landlords and tenants. Based in Singapore, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the property management industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential properties, including advertising, tenant screening, contract negotiations and move-in/move-out procedures
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Prepare and maintain detailed property management records and reports
  • Support the implementation of the company\'s policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Collaborate with the broader team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
  • Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
  • Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days\' work
  • Min. 2 - 3 years\' experience in property management, real estate or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Certificate / Diploma in property management or related courses
  • Accredited Strata Manager Certification is preferred
