A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee services for shopping malls. The role requires at least a Diploma in Building Services Engineering and relevant experience in commercial properties. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide facilities management services for shopping malls in various locations around Singapore, including preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/sub-contractors.
  • Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
  • Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to.
  • Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.
  • Deal with enquiries from shop tenants & lessees and the general public on matters relating to the site.
  • Be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
  • Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
  • Pro‑active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service orientated mindset.
