A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide management services for shopping malls across various locations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance projects, investigating issues, and coordinating events. Candidates should have a diploma in Building Services Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. Good communication and a proactive mindset are essential.
Provide facilities management services for shopping malls in various locations around Singapore. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to.
Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.
Deal with enquiries from shop tenants & lessees and the general public on matters relating to the site.
In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events etc.
Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
Pro‑active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service orientated mindset.
