Job Description:
  • Responsible for the general administration of all lease matters and documentation, including renewals and new tenancies for the group of companies.
  • Assist in reviewing lease documents, preparing, and maintaining the leasing schedule.
  • Manage the couriering and tracking of receipt/return of tenant-executed legal documents.
  • Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them or Property Agents, followed by handling any necessary follow-ups with prospects.
  • Work with Operations manager to maximize building occupancy/revenue.
  • Perform marketing coordination tasks, including managing calls and emails.
  • Address complaints and feedback related to tenancy matters from both existing and prospective tenants/agents.
  • Assist in emergency response planning and conduct risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and authorities to facilitate inspections, permits, and compliance matters.
  • Source quotations for general maintenance of the buildings.
  • Monitor and renew licenses and permits (e.g., lift, water tank, electrical license, fire certificate, etc.).
  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing, Real Estate or property management preferred
  • 1-2 years of commercial leasing experience will be advantageous
