At Ohmyhome Property Management, we are the leading property management company that uses information technology tool, to handle the majority of administrative tasks faced at ground.

At our company, a dedicated Property Manager will be:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project
  • Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
  • Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management
  • Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
  • Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
  • Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings

Job Requirement

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
  • Love working with People and is able to communicate with people of all level
  • Strong leadership quality and problem solver
  • Good communication and written skill
  • Able to start immediately will be advantageous
  • Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management
