Job summary

A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support. The role involves managing various tasks including filing, preparing reports, and assisting residents and visitors. Ideal candidates should possess N/ O levels or equivalent certification, have experience in the property management industry, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. Office administration duties, such as inventory management and correspondence handling, are also essential. This position requires a meticulous individual open to work 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • N/ O levels or relevant professional certification.
  • Experience in Property Management/ Real Estate industry is a strong advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous to ensure administrative accuracy.
  • Open to work 5.5 days.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and customer service support for various projects.
  • Complete records, reports and other duties as required.
  • Provide directions and general assistance to residents and visitors.
  • Perform all office administrative duties including filing and records management.
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Handle all inward and outward correspondences.
