Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule fire safety inspections within tenanted units.
• Issue engagement letters.
• Engage with tenants.
• Conduct inspections of premises.
• Assist in enforcement of breach of regulations/rules.
• Escalate matters to authorities (e.g. SCDF).
• Monitor regulatory processes.
• Report findings and progress to JTC (i.e. monthly report).
