Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage service contracts. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in integrated facilities management. This role requires strong planning and management skills along with technical knowledge in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in providing integrated facilities management services.
• Experienced in planning and management of resources, contracts, procurement.
• Technical knowledge including statutory requirements for building management and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the User and the Authority regarding Facilities Management Services.
• Assist in planning and programming visits and maintenance services.
• Oversee daily operations of the properties.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Manage service contracts and liaise with vendors for repair works.
• Supervise term contractor in maintenance and cleaning services.
• Manage user relationships and handle complaints.
• Maintain accurate records including leases and contracts.
• Plan and oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
