Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification (advantageous).
• WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
• Handle premises transfer with tenants/purchasers.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules for properties.
• Supervise contractors for repairs and renovations.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of buildings.
• Manage complaints and service requests timely.
• Develop positive tenant relationships.
• Assist in budget preparation and management.
• Support leasing team in negotiations and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Be part of Emergency Response Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition and compliant with safety regulations.
• Handle and take over premises to/from tenants/purchasers.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the company’s properties.
• Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works.
• Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness.
• Manage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met for assigned properties.
• Support leasing team in negotiations, renewals, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure assigned properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. SIC, ERT and First Aider).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
