Job summary

Job description

Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Property Executive to join the team as a key leader.

Supervise and coordinate daily soft services operations, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste disposal.

Monitor service quality and ensure contractors meet agreed standards, conduct regular site inspections and follow up on rectification works where necessary.

Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Maintain accurate records of service schedules and reports, and incident logs.

Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, clients, and service vendors.

Attend to tenants’ requests and feedback related to facility and environmental matters.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Diploma in Building, Engineering or Facilities disciplines from a recognised establishment (with M&E background is preferred)

At least 3 years of relevant workingexperience.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems.
