Job summary

A facilities management company located in Singapore is seeking a Senior Property Executive to manage a team of technicians and oversee day-to-day maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in facilities management, hold a relevant diploma or degree, and possess good communication skills. Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans, overseeing contractors, and ensuring that service level agreements are met. A valid driving license is required for this position, which may involve travel to various locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions for Senior Property Executive ( Central / West)
  1. Manage a team of in-house Technicians including scheduling / roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E facilities maintenance services.

  2. Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.

  3. Oversee contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works (if needed) in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations.

  4. Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement. Liaising and coordinating with sub-contractors or vendors to ensure timely maintenance works are done effectively. Attending to any feedback / complaint / incidents and submitting incident report accordingly.

  5. Monitor and supervise technical (M&E) services and ensure operations run smoothly.

  6. Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled.

  7. Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.

  8. Calling for quotation and preparing of quotations.

Job Requirements
  • Facilities management background with at least 4 years of similar working experience.

  • Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management or Building or Engineering, real estate or any equivalent.

  • Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft application.

  • Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management or Building or Engineering, real estate or any equivalent.

  • The position will be required to travel to various locations ( central site / north etc ) at times if needed , reporting location is at Tagore Lane.

  • Possess a valid driving license.
