Job summary

A property management company in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee daily building and condominium operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily building and condominium operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Support the Building/Condominium Manager in managing office administration.
  • Address inquiries, feedback, and correspondence related to the designated property.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain the property’s upkeep effectively.
  • Ensure contract work and scheduled servicing are executed per agreement specifications.
  • Assist in reviewing service agreements and insurance before expiry.
  • Carry out tasks in compliance with the BMSMA and By-laws.
  • Organize vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings.
  • Prepare circulars/notices for the property’s notice boards.
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

  • Address inquiries, feedback, and correspondence related to the designated property
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain the property’s upkeep effectively
  • Ensure contract work and scheduled servicing are executed as per agreement specifications
  • Assist in reviewing service agreements and insurance before expiry, recommending renewals or initiating quotation/tender processes
  • Carry out tasks in compliance with the BMSMA and By-laws
  • Organize vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings
  • Prepare circulars/notices for the property’s notice boards
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor or management
