Job summary

A real estate company in Singapore is seeking a Tenancy Manager to oversee day-to-day tenancy management and foster strong landlord-tenant relationships. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day tenancy management.
  • Help cultivate good landlord-tenant relationships and good tenant support to increase leasing and renewal opportunities.
  • Obtain quotations and prepare quotation comparison tables for necessary pre-tenancy or rectification work.
  • Supervise contractors during necessary pre-tenancy work to ensure that vacant apartments are in good condition prior to the handover to new tenants.
  • Supervise contractors during necessary rectification work to ensure that issues that are the landlord’s responsibility in currently tenanted apartments are rectified.
  • Update files for each tenanted apartment and create files for newly tenanted apartments with the relevant leasing documents, servicing contracts and approved quotations for necessary rectification work.
  • Prepare monthly maintenance summary reports for all apartments.
Requirements
  • Possess tertiary education with degree or diploma in Real Estate or Project and Facilities Management. Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Being detail-oriented and meticulous is essential.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with drive, commitment and self-initiative to work independently as well as within a supportive team environment.
