Responsibilities
  • Handle facilities management by liaising with stakeholders and local management
  • Manage our company’s industrial properties
  • Source and evaluate contractors or suppliers for property services
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for repair work
  • Supervise term contractors in maintenance, cleaning, and security services
  • Manage required A&A works, M&E repairs and any necessary replacement work
  • Handle A&A works in a new location
  • Assist in sourcing new industrial properties
  • Ensure that the real estate needs are fulfilled
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors & relevant authorities
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with landlords
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards
  • Foster positive relationships with both regulatory and all vendors
  • Perform inspections to evaluate suitability (location, accessibility, safety standards)
  • Maintain accurate records (renewals, leases, contracts, maintenance logs)
  • Manage user relationships i.e. handle complaints, requests, and renewals
  • Manage relocations
  • Resolve disputes or issues promptly and professionally
  • Any other related duties assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma in real estate management or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance and sourcing for new properties preferred
  • Good experience in dealing with relevant authorities like SLA, URA and JTC, etc.
  • Good experience in sourcing new property
  • Good experience in liaison with regulatory bodies
  • Good written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in MS Words and Excel
  • Has the ability to pay high attention to details
  • Has strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Has the ability to work independently as well as being able to collaborate in a team
