About the role

As the Property and Fire Safety Manager at Oxford Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and safety of the hotel's facilities. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Bras Basah Central Region. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all building systems and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance teams
  • Communicate with front desk and housekeeping for any room repair works
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety or compliance issues
  • Liaise with local authorities and external service providers to ensure the hotel meets all relevant regulations and standards
  • Conduct and coordinate yearly fire drill and testing
  • Train and develop the hotel's maintenance and safety staff
What we're looking for
  • A certified Fire Safety Manager with a diploma in Property Management or related field
  • Organized, hands‑on and willing to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
