ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Sales & Promotions Associate to drive promotional campaigns in Singapore. You will engage directly with potential customers, learn on the job, and progressively take on more responsibility as your capabilities grow.

You will receive training and mentorship, with performance-based advancement, leadership development, and potential overseas travel depending on project availability. This is an in-person role located in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales and promotional activities.
• Introduce client offerings and answer customer enquiries.
• Work closely with teammates towards campaign targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions and put feedback into practice.
• Build your presentation, listening and customer engagement skills.
• Support newer colleagues when you are ready for additional responsibility.
