As a Promoter, you will represent our brand in retail environments by engaging customers to demonstrate and promote consumer electronic products, delivering excellent customer experiences, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Engage walk-in customers to demonstrate and explain features of consumer electronic products to increase interest and sales
  • Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs to improve conversion rates
  • Offer post-sale customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Respond to customer questions in a pleasant and professional manner to maintain positive brand image
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays to attract customers and support sales
  • Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs through effective customer engagement and sales techniques
  • Manage customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to support store operations and customer service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
