Job Summary
As a Promoter, you will represent our brand in retail environments by engaging customers to demonstrate and promote consumer electronic products, delivering excellent customer experiences, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers to demonstrate and explain features of consumer electronic products to increase interest and sales
- Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs to improve conversion rates
- Offer post-sale customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer questions in a pleasant and professional manner to maintain positive brand image
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays to attract customers and support sales
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs through effective customer engagement and sales techniques
- Manage customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to support store operations and customer service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level education
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales promotion, or selling consumer electronics
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality to engage customers and build rapport
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices to drive sales performance
- Able to work under pressure and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
