Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HVAC, FFUs, raised floors or cleanroom wall systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise cleanroom construction, installation, and fit-out activities.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards (ISO 14644) and project specifications.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Coordinate daily work activities, subcontractors, and safety compliance on-site.
  • Support the execution of testing and commissioning (T&C) and assist with punch list closure.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the project team and assist with documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in cleanroom installation, construction, or related industrial projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, FFUs, raised floors, or cleanroom wall systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read technical drawings and follow engineering specifications.
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures and documentation.
  • Open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR.
