Project Supervisor

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 + $50 Mobile Allowance

Working Hours: Monday - Friday & Saturday half day (8:30am –5.30pm)

Working Location: Toa Payoh (Braddell MRT)

Working Location: Project site (depending on the project)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E, bringing valuable industry knowledge to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of the project assigned to candidate by Project Engineer.
• Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.
• Assist in handling / storing of materials / equipment.
• Reduce/minimise wastage of materials / equipment.
• Supervise the sub‑contractor’s work.
• Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.
• Ensure proper handover process of project to the customer upon project completion.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.
• Conduct quality checks of sub‑contractor/vendor works daily.
• Handle site inspections, arrange and attend to site inspections with RTO.
• Arrange site inspection with client/main contractor representative and update site installation progress.
• Update the drafter on site changes regularly.
• Arrange and obtain permit to work before execution of site.
• Raise non‑conformance product report for nonconforming products.
• Carry out assignment as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.
