Job summary

A construction and decoration company in Singapore is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead and manage the project crew on-site. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of interior fit-out and project management, have at least one year of relevant experience, and be able to read blueprints and interior drawings. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safe operations on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project crew and oversee projects on-site.
• Ensure successful completion of projects by leading sub-contractor teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and pre-site.

Job description

Reporting to the Project Manager for the responsibilities as listed below:-

• Responsible in leading and managing the entire project crew and projects on site. Monitors timelines of assigned projects
• Leads sub-contractor team(s) to ensure successful completion of projects
• Responsible and able to troubleshoot technical issues on-site and pre-site installation
• Responsible for the safe operation of a variety of materials and equipment and monitor safety of team
• Track & report weekly on the projects progress & budget

Requirements:

• Possess knowledge of interior fit-out and project management
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Able to read blueprints, interior fit-out drawings and floor plans
