Job summary

An engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a team member who can understand M&E drawings, manage site teams, and handle client meetings. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for updating drawings, preparing quotations, and maintaining worker performance records. Night shift work is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Understanding of M&E drawings and ability to perform assignments based on instructions.
• Experience in managing site teams and attending client meetings.
• Familiarity with preparing quotations and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Understand M&E drawing & perform works based on instructions.
• Attend client meetings, highlight topics & outcomes to management.
• Distribution of works to site team.
• Update drawing if changes occur and inform management.
• Shift works primarily during night.
• Update timecard for all workers.
• Prepare quotation and progress claim based on site job done.
• Maintain performance records for worker assessment.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
