Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities during day/night shift, ensuring work is executed according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and logistics team for smooth night operations.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, and material delivery during night hours.
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, incident logs, and handover notes for day shift team.
- Communicate effectively with regional teams and vendors, especially those based in Asia and China.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors familiar with Chinese construction standards, materials, and documentation (if applicable).
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and safety requirements.
- Able to work permanent night shifts and handle OT when necessary.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with China-based vendors or subcontractors).
- Familiar with Asia/China construction market practices, materials, or subcontractor management.
- Possession of valid certifications such as BCSS or SSSC preferred.
