Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Specialist (Architecture Graduate with 2+ years experience) to join the firm as part of our Data Center market sector.Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assisting on full life cycle projects
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Translating concepts and information into images
• Be an integral team member in the production of concept,schematic and construction drawings
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Qualifications

• BOA accredited degree in Architecture is required
• Pursuing architectural registration
• 2+ years experience; Data Center project experience or desire to pursue a career in Data Center project design preferred
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred. Experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Proficient in presentation and documentation software, such as Microsoft Suite and Affinity Design Suite
• Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
• Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
