About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Supervisor to oversee project operations from start to finish. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll coordinate with teams on the ground and ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily site activities and operational workflows.
• Track progress, resolve site issues, and meet project deadlines.
• Work with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors for efficient task delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and implement scope adjustments.
• Monitor resources, manpower, and costs to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead by example on safety practices.
• Prepare progress and incident reports for internal updates.
• Support process improvements and new productivity tools.
• Be ready to travel or be deployed on-site as required.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site or project supervision.
• Great organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with reading technical drawings and using MS Office tools.
• Able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
