Position: Project Site Supervisor
Contract Duration: 3 months (option to extend for another 3 months)
Commencement: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week

Job Overview

The Project Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing renovation projects on-site, ensuring all works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and tender specifications. This role requires close coordination with contractors and stakeholders, maintaining site safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  2. Ensure all renovation works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and tender requirements.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and report updates to the project team.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular project status reports.
  6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and handover milestones are met.
  8. Manage and resolve project-related issues or conflicts efficiently.
  9. Coordinate office relocation activities, liaising with departments and movers for smooth transitions.
  10. Support packing, unpacking, and organization of departmental items during move-in phases.
Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant certification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in renovation site supervision or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore’s building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
