Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking skilled Project / Site Engineers to lead planning, execution, and technical oversight of construction works at a Singapore site.

You will bridge technical teams with project management, ensuring alignment with goals, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining safety on site. Experience in civil/building construction and lifting operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent accepted by BCA for Resident Engineer registration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore/local experience in civil/building construction.
• Appointed Person – Lifting Operations certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to meet drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports and schedules.
• Identify risks, monitor progress, and propose mitigation to keep timelines.
• Plan and oversee lifting operations, ensuring compliance with MOM and BCA.
• Perform site inspections and ensure quality control procedures.
