Job summary

A leading property development company in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to support high-end landed property projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring site activities, reviewing plans, and coordinating with stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or similar in construction projects.
• Preferably with exposure to landed property developments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in planning and executing high-end landed property projects.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work meets design specifications and safety requirements.
• Review project plans and technical documentation for accurate implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site.
• Maintain project reports and schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.

• Review project plans, drawings and technical documentation for accurate implementation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules and documentation for smooth delivery
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of premium materials and equipment
• Identify potential risks and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track and maintaining smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or similar in construction projects, preferably with exposure to landed property developments
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment
• Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
