About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Service Manager to support project planning, cost analysis, and deliverable preparation. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to transform client requirements into practical solutions while ensuring technical compliance and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project scope and client requirements to assist in preparing technical and commercial submissions.
- Conduct site visits and collect project-specific information as needed.
- Prepare cost assessments, evaluate supplier proposals, and ensure submissions meet project standards.
- Draft project documentation, proposals, and deliverables.
- Interpret system drawings, specifications, and requirements, raising queries on discrepancies or potential issues.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop feasible solutions aligned with client needs.
- Provide technical input to support pre-project planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm lead times, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, project costs, and specifications in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical or engineering support roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Workplace safety certification (WSQ/WSH) preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ethical with a positive attitude.
- Team player capable of working independently and managing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
