Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the P&L for the section, ensuring project delivery is on-time and profitable through rigorous budget and cost control. Support business development with technical estimates and align team execution with company goals
2. Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle for all section projects and contracts, including portfolio management, enforcement of standard processes, strategic resource allocation, proactive risk mitigation, and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Manage team’s performance through goal-setting, feedback, and mentoring. You will own the recruitment process and be responsible for cultivating a high-performance and collaborative team culture
4. Manage key client and stakeholder relationships, including communications and escalations. Additionally, lead negotiations with subcontractors and vendors
5. Requires technical expertise in different technology and systems including design, network architecture, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Must be able to review and approve technical documents for accuracy and cost estimation, and evaluate new technologies for project suitability

Requirements

1. Degree in Electrical / Electronics / IT discipline or equivalent
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in design and project Execution Extra Low Voltage, Industry/Building Automation Control, Integrated Security System or other mixed/complex Operational / Information Technology system
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a team which handle large scale project/s
4. PC Literate with strong skills in MS office, MS project, Autocad
5. Possess Class 3 license with own vehicle is an added advantage
6. Possess PMP / CITPM/ ITIL 4.0 certification would be an advantage
7. A pro-active and can-do attitude
8. Strong leadership to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable
9. Skilled negotiator with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
10. Proven problem-solving and data-driven decision-making ability
11. Solid technical understanding of project domains
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills
