Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 9am-6pm
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, focusing on project-based opportunities within the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Client Consultation: Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, wishes, and concerns, providing tailored solutions for their projects.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project managers.
Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive product knowledge to confidently provide accurate solutions to clients.
Sales Documentation: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation to support the sales process.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or sanitary ware related industries.
Project Sales Success: Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing project-based sales opportunities.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively pitch products and services to a diverse range of clients.
Negotiation Prowess: Strong negotiation skills and a customer‑centric approach to sales, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local and regional interior design and construction industry, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage sales processes.
