Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Developers, Main Contractors, and other key decision-makers.
  • Increase brand and product awareness among industry professionals to influence project specifications and procurement decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project needs.
  • Plan and manage multiple sales activities efficiently, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and project support.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with follow-up on installations, rectifications, and documentation.
  • Support the project management team in progress claims and final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record and established network within the construction industry (e.g., developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors).
  • Passionate about achieving sales targets and growing business opportunities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or construction-related sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint skills are advantageous).
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent qualification.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
