A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage project sales within the ACMV sector. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is also required.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the ACMV/M&E sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and project goals in line with company objectives.
Review project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements to determine technical scope.
Provide accurate costing and technical recommendations to clients.
Liaise with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in technical and commercial submissions.
Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Support the handover process from sales to project execution teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure client requirements are met according to contract terms.
Address and resolve any technical or commercial issues arising during the project lifecycle.
Prepare project updates, reports, and forecasts for management review.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ACMV / M&E project sales, tendering, or applications engineering.
Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, components, and applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
