Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (may accept diplomas with experience).
 - Solid understanding of electrical systems, components, and products (e.g. transformers, switchgear, PLCs, power distribution).
 - Familiarity with electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
 
💼 Sales and Business Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles.
 - Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
 - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 - Experience preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
 
🛠️ Software and Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Ariba) is often a plus.
 - Familiarity with AutoCAD or electrical design software is an advantage.
 
🤝 Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Ability to build relationships with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
 - Comfortable with presentations and product demonstrations.
