A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a position that requires providing administrative support, managing daily sales operations, and vendor sourcing. Ideal candidates should have a minimum Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field, and experience with AutoCAD is advantageous. The role offers excellent benefits and career progression.

Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team
Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery
Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating
Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing
Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender
Vendor sourcing and procurement
Stock monitoring and recording
Monitor shipment of order
ISO preparation & filing
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or related field
Prior experience in AutoCAD is and advantage
