Job summary

A well-established lighting company in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator. You will handle end to end sales and project processes, prepare documentation, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely project completion. Candidates should possess a diploma and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential. This role offers a flexible work week and training will be provided.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in any disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Resourceful & able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Candidate with the following requirements will be advantageous (not a necessity):

• Experience in project management and project sales.

Others:

• 4-day or 5.5-day (alternate Saturday) work week.
• Training will be provided.
