Founded in 2014, ilet Pte Ltd is an engineering‑driven company specialising in water‑related services (toilet renovation, piping works, waterproofing, water tank cleaning), innovative repair solutions, and a patented tile‑surface roughening product (ilet Tile Cream) developed locally in collaboration with Singapore institutions.
We are expanding our operations, product line, and overseas market (Vietnam), and we are building a strong team to bring the company to our next stage of growth.
The Sales & Project Manager is a key strategic hire responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and overseeing project delivery from quotation to completion. This role combines sales leadership, client management, operational coordination, and project execution.
You will work directly with the Director to scale ilet’s services and expand our market presence locally and internationally.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all business segments:
Water‑related services (piping, waterproofing, renovation)
Commercial and residential projects
ilet Tile Cream distribution and demonstrations
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and solution recommendations to clients.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead and coordinate projects from planning to handover.
Schedule manpower, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Solve onsite technical issues with practical, hands‑on decision‑making.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Handle customer inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Support after‑sales service and warranty follow‑up.
Prepare project documentation, method statements, RA, WSI (if needed).
Ensure compliance with PUB, BCA, and workplace safety requirements.
Assist in product marketing activities, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction, Facility Management, or related field preferred.
At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, project management, construction, plumbing, renovation, or facilities maintenance.
Strong understanding of water piping systems (PPR, UPVC, CI), waterproofing, or home renovation is an advantage.
Strong sales drive and ability to close deals.
Good project coordination and problem‑solving skills.
Practical mindset—able to work with subcontractors and understand site conditions.
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a bonus for liaising with suppliers.
Ability to prepare quotations, simple drawings, and project schedules.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving SME environment.
Responsible, proactive, and resourceful.
High integrity and strong ownership of tasks.

Willingness to learn ilet’s innovative engineering solutions and products.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Class 3 driving licence.
Experience handling HDB, condo, or commercial building projects.
Knowledge of waterproofing materials or anti‑slip solutions.
Exposure to overseas expansion (Vietnam/Malaysia).
Familiar with CRM systems, project software, or digital tools.
