A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for waste treatment plant design. This full-time role requires a Professional Engineer with about 20 years of relevant experience in large infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing project progress, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with KPIs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time role in Singapore, primarily a leadership role involved in all aspects of the waste treatment plant design and construction. The role entails providing leadership and direction to the whole consultancy team. The PM will be the main client facing person and is expected to liaise and make presentations to other government authorities and stakeholders.
The consultancy scope includes, but not limited to, feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, procurement advice, construction supervision and commissioning management. The individual is expected to manage the overall project progress and budget, foster good working relationship with the client, regularly inform the management board on project performance, meet KPIs assigned by the management board, etc.
