Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete project lifecycle. You will generate schedules, manage budgets, and liaise with multiple stakeholders in the construction industry. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of project management experience, and is willing to work at various project sites. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $7000 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or M&E industry.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to attend site meetings and work at project sites when required.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • To generate project schedule for the entire project lifecycle.
  • To generate Project Management Plan for QAD and Management Review.
  • To liaise with QA for documentation numbers.
  • To generate cash flow for job opening.
  • To provide budget for every sub system to System Team.
  • To liaise with finance for PB/BG/Insurance etc.
  • To liaise with Procurement and Legal for contract related matters.
  • To generate installation related material BQ and sub-contractor scope of work.
  • To conduct sub-contractor scope of work tender briefing.
  • To work with procurement for best sourcing and pricing.
  • To track schedule and material procurement.
  • To track main con schedule and revert on impact of slippage.
  • To track project cost and perform timely sales pick up.
  • To generate/submit progress claim, submit variation orders and quotations.
  • To liaise with Procurement and raise purchase requisition for materials.
  • To attend site meeting and liaise closely with clients.
  • To handle any contractual implication.
  • To ensure project deliverables adhere to contractual requirements.
  • To monitor and manage risks, quality and workmanship.
  • To update and report project status to management.
  • To ensure client information flows to all team members.
  • To do project closing and coordinate proper handover to maintenance team.
Job description
Project Manager | Up to $7000 | AMK #2209

Salary range: $5000 - $7000 + Performance Bonus

Working days and time: Mon – Fri (8:30am-6pm)

Job Descriptions:

To generate project schedule for the entire project lifecycle (to be align with main con schedule) and revise when necessary

To generate Project Management Plan for QAD and Management Review

To liaise with QA for documentation numbers

To generate cash flow for job opening

To provide budget for every sub system to System Team

To liaise with finance for PB/BG/Insurance etc

To liaise with Procurement and Legal for any contract related matters (contract to vendors)

To generate installation related material BQ and sub-contractor scope of work for sub-contractor tender

To conduct sub-contractor scope of work tender briefing

To work with procurement for best sourcing and pricing before award of sub-contractor

To track schedule and material procurement

To track main con schedule and revert on impact of slippage to client/consultant and main con

To track project cost and perform timely sales pick up

Job Requirements:
