Project Manager (Technology Project Specialist | 12 months | Public Sector)
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Location: Pasir Panjang Rd, Mapletree Business City
  • Salary: 4000-6000
  • Eligibility: Only Singaporean
Key Responsibilities
IT Project Support, Coordination and Documentation Management
  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines for IT initiatives whilst coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables across technology teams
  • Maintain project documentation, track costing, and prepare project reports and status updates for diverse audiences
  • Support cross-functional deployment projects by coordinating between the Cyber Operations and the Tech Development teams, tracking schedules and milestones and maintaining compliance records
Technology Stakeholder and Vendor Communication
  • Support stakeholder communication by preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, distributing updates, and organising project meetings across time zones
  • • Facilitate communication across the Tech Development teams and Cyber Operations teams to ensure effective information flow between the teams, and respond to customer queries on technical matters in a timely manner
  • Assist with IT vendor coordination including the principal product teams (cloud service providers) and solution providers, maintaining regular communication regarding deliverables
Budget and Resource Tracking for IT Projects
  • Monitor IT project expenses including software licences, cloud services, hardware costs, and third-party contractor fees whilstassisting in resource allocation and scheduling for development teams and shared infrastructure components across multiple concurrent projects
  • Identify potential budget variances in technology spending, and report findings with supporting data to senior project managers
Development Team Coordination and Software Development Lifecycle Support
  • Schedule cross-team meetings whilst coordinating software development activities including but not limited to requirements gathering, testing phases, and deployment activities
  • Coordinate activities between the Tech Development teams and Cyber operations teams to ensure smooth workflow, track milestones and deliverables and maintain visibility into potential blockers or delays
SIEM/SOAR Platform Testing and Implementation Support
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities for SIEM and SOAR platforms following step-by-step guides, including but not limited to log ingestion, playbook testing, and support integration testing between SIEM/SOAR platforms and existing security tools
  • Maintain testing documentation including test case execution records, defect logs, and coordinate with the teams to schedule user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-2 years IT experience (internships accepted)
  • Understand software development lifecycle and project management basics, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and networking concepts, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com), development tools and environments, basic cybersecurity tools and testing procedures
  • Exhibit strong communication, organisational abilities, attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP training)
  • Agile methodologies experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Programming knowledge and development tools
  • DevOps, CI/CD, version control systems (Git/SVN)
  • Cybersecurity concepts and SIEM/SOAR platforms
