Requirements

• Analyzing and detailing the project idea, assessing the project idea in terms of feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks and success factors in consultation with business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plan and create work breakdown structure (subprojects, work packages, etc.).
• Set up an appropriate project organization, including identification and management of stakeholders and team members.
• Actively lead the team/squad in various project meetings i.e. SIT/UAT checkpoint calls, BRD walkthroughs, Solution Walkthroughs.
• Manage scope, time, budget, risks and issues on an operational level.
• Identify the impact of change requests, issues and changes on underlying assumptions for project plan.
• Manage, develop solution proposals, and reconcile them with the demand governance stakeholders.
• Maintain high-level & low-level architecture and functional design documentation.
• Establish and implement project-related quality assurance processes and measures, ensure the quality of the work products and drive their respective acceptance and approval.
• Represent IT as an ITPL/Scrum Master when facing off with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present the project/program updates to stakeholders.
• Present to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plan to IT and business stakeholders and work closely with them. Lead discussions to mitigate risks and form contingency plans.
• Ensure delivery is predictable i.e. stakeholders are updated regularly on the progress and the risks.

Regulatory Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote appropriate business conduct including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, avoidance of diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, adequate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance and ethical and compliant behavior within the function by clear demonstration of appropriate business conduct including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, avoidance of diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, adequate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience in Project Management in running Waterfall/Agile projects.
• Good understanding of Corporate Actions domain. T24 Core Banking/Temenos wealth suite would be preferred.
• Proven track record in successful delivery of major projects, on time and with quality and within matrix team environment.
• Experience in Senior stakeholder management running projects STCs.
• Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams (onsite & virtual).
• Experience in managing projects in financial industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
