We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software and application projects — including backend system development, customization, and Microsoft-based solutions. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement through delivery and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and secure project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end software project lifecycle — including planning, execution, customization, and delivery of backend and Microsoft-based applications.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, solution discussions, and preparation of proposals or project estimates.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, and stakeholders) to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial limits.
• Drive stakeholder communication, providing timely project status reports and managing expectations.
• Ensure compliance with defence/security protocols and maintain confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing project management standards and methodologies.
